Oh my -- I surprised myself with this one !!
I was thumbing through garden magazines and saw some beautiful purple flowers and I thought I would love to paint something along that line.
So here you are -- a busy purple garden.
Many purple flowers and some climbing the rusted iron fence.
A pretty butterfly enjoying the day !
The background was brushed with green and some purple.

I loved painting this one because I love the PEACE sign , don't you ?
I know a lot of people and a lot of cultures going through tough times and usually you can catch a glimpse of PEACE in all the madness !

basic colors -- blue, red , yellow -- and mixture of all of them
I painted a backgound with a brush of all the colors and blotched with a paint brush to form the peace sign and added touches throughout the painting .
I love to mix and twirl the colors -- that's the hippie in me I guess.

I painted the background with a brush them crumpled plastic and stamped it to make an interesting background. A large white moon -- wow ! Nature is the best artist !! The trees and brush are browns and white mixture. The two owls are brown and white . Nature is the best artist !! A picture was sent to me and the photo was so pretty -- it immediately gave me the urge to paint !! Background was sponge rolled black then painted the green over top to show the background of leaves. The pretty pink flowers have attracted a very majestic butterfly !
